Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for most new, unopened items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping label for returns. We will only provide a return label for items returned under warranty claims.

We urge you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and address any issues promptly.

 

Exchanges

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. A refund or invoice will be provided to cover the balance. 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, notwithstanding our 14-day return window, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 7 working days. Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
