Shipping Timeframe

  • Notice during Global Events (Effective from March 2020 until further notice): These are unique times, and certain circumstances might lead to unexpected delays. We deeply appreciate your patience. While we always aim to ensure timely deliveries, during this period, we kindly request understanding that shipping fee refunds due to delays might be limited. For any concerns or inquiries about your shipment, our team at support@sure-golf.com is always here to assist.
  • Once your order starts its journey to you, making alterations becomes challenging. This includes updates to the delivery address, product additions, or any order modifications.
  • We typically rest on weekends and public holidays, meaning orders aren't usually processed or dispatched during these times unless previously arranged.
  • We put in our best efforts to ensure your packages arrive promptly, but please understand that provided shipping timelines are estimates. It's a good idea to order a bit ahead of when you need your items, just in case.

 

Orders Outside of the U.S.

  • For our friends in the European Union: Please be aware that when receiving goods from outside the EU, there might be additional import duties or other related charges as dictated by your local customs. These fees aren't within our control and can vary.
  • For our UK-based customers, rest assured that products such as Sure-Set, Sure-Speed, and Sure-Chip are dispatched straight from our trusted UK location.
  • Our default for international orders is UPS International Expedited. Once the package has cleared US Customs, it usually takes between 2 to 8 weeks to land at your doorstep. Factors such as customs processing in your country and local postal services can influence this.
  • It's good to note that when ordering from outside the U.S., there might be local customs duties, taxes, or import charges. We strongly suggest consulting your local customs office to get an idea of any potential charges.

 

Addressing Undelivered or Missing Items

If, by any chance, your order doesn't show up or seems to be delayed beyond expectations, please know we're here to help. Connect with us at support@sure-golf.com, providing your order number, your full name, the intended delivery address, and any tracking details you might have.

 

A Few Gentle Reminders

  • Upon your package's arrival, please take a moment to ensure everything is as it should be. If something seems off or damaged, you're completely within your rights to note it as "Damaged" when signing or to discuss return options with the delivery personnel. If you're in a rush and can't inspect everything on the spot, it's okay to sign as 'unchecked'.
  • We value each purchase you make with us, but in the rare case that something arrives damaged and isn't noted upon receipt, it becomes tricky for us to assist with replacements or refunds.
  • On very rare occasions, we might need to make the difficult decision to not proceed with an order. Should that ever be the case, we promise to let you know at the earliest convenience.
  • Occasionally, certain delivery locations might attract additional charges, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
