Important Address Verification Notice:

Due to our rapid order processing times, particularly in regions where orders are dispatched on the same day, it may not always be possible to correct the delivery address after an order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the delivery address details during the checkout process to ensure they are complete and accurate. Taking this step is crucial to avoid any delays or complications with the delivery of your order. If you realize that the delivery address needs to be corrected immediately after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team at support@sure-golf.com as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee address changes can be made once an order is in processing.

 

Shipping Regions and Delivery Timeframes

UK/European Union (EU):

  • Fulfilment: Orders are fulfilled from our UK Fulfilment centre.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 3:30pm BST are dispatched the same day.
  • Carrier: Shipping is conducted via DPD, with the specific service selected at checkout.
  • Delivery: Next day delivery is available within the UK, referring to the next business day. Orders placed on Friday with Next Day Delivery will be delivered on Monday.

North America:

  • Fulfilment: Orders are fulfilled from our Illinois center.
  • Dispatch Time: Within 2 business days.
  • Carrier: Shipments are conducted via DHL or UPS, depending on the product and region.
  • Delivery: The estimated delivery timeline is 5-7 business days, varying by location.

Global Shipping:

In addition to our standard shipping regions, Sure-Golf is pleased to offer global shipping options to customers around the world upon request. If you're located outside of our standard shipping areas and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with you to facilitate shipping to your location. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination, and all applicable customs, duties, and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs will be detailed at checkout prior to the final order confirmation. Promotions or offers related to shipping costs will be specified on our website or through customer service.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For EU Customers: Import taxes and duties, if applicable, are collected at the point of sale. Your order will be dispatched under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms to facilitate smooth customs clearance and swift delivery, meaning there will be no additional charges upon your order's arrival.

International Orders (Outside the United States): International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges must be borne by the recipient; Sure-Golf has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or through the Sure-Golf Track Your Order Page.

Damaged or Lost Orders
